Finasia Capital co-hosts Annual Uzbekistan Investor Day with Citi in Boston and New York
Two-city U.S. programme brings together senior Uzbek policymakers, leading issuers and international institutional investors.
Boston / New York, 13–14 April 2026 — Finasia Capital and Citi jointly hosted successfully the U.S. leg of its annual Uzbekistan Investor Day, convening senior representatives of Uzbekistan's economic team, major state-owned enterprises and leading domestic banks with international institutional investors across Boston on 13 April and New York on 14 April. The programme formed part of Finasia Capital's ongoing efforts to strengthen Uzbekistan's dialogue with the global investment community and support direct engagement between Uzbek issuers and international capital.
The U.S. programme was structured as a two-city investor engagement platform. According to the official visit programme, the Boston leg on 13 April was dedicated to B2B investor meetings, while the New York leg on 14 April combined an opening session with a further programme of investor meetings.
The event brought together a high-level delegation from Uzbekistan, including representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade, the Central Bank, and the National Agency for Perspective Projects, alongside senior executives from many of the country's key corporates and financial institutions. The New York event materials describe Uzbekistan Investor Day as a platform to showcase Uzbekistan's investment potential, capital market opportunities, forward-looking economic policies, and key sector reforms, while facilitating dialogue with global investors, strategic industry leaders and major financial institutions.
